I am unable to register?
There are fields and boxes that require completion when registering on the New Registration pages, if these are not completed when pressing the submit button it will return to the Registration page, please look for any red text where an omission may have occurred.
When registering please check tick boxes are complete (where required) as some can be easily overlooked. e.g. the Terms and Conditions.

You may purchase a subscription or units using a credit or debit card. We currently accept credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Visa Electron, Solo, Maestro and JCB debit cards. Currently we do not accept American Express.
If you are unable to purchase or receive an error message you may have to register your card for online purchases with Visa or Mastercard

Error has occurred - Incomplete search field
A search field may have been completed incorrectly or omitted, please check that relevant fields have been completed correctly.
Where can I find my Unit balance?
If you want to find out how many units you have remaining in your account go to My Account at the top of the page you will see your Membership type: Units and the Account Balance with the number of units remaining.
If you require additional units go to the "Subscribe" page and make your selection.
