You may change your personal details should the need arise by login in to your account (with your registered email address) go to My Account on the menu bar and select one of the links on the menu to change your password, email address, personal details including address, telephone number etc.
Please make the required changes on the form and press Save & Update, the system will automatically update your account.
To Change Personal Details: Login to Familyrelatives.com Go to My Account Under Membership Details Select Update My Details or Update Email or Change Password Make the necessary changes Press Save & Update
To Change your address: Login to Familyrelatives.com Go to My Account Under Membership Details Select Update My Details i.e. Select Country Please enter county/ state - if not stated select "If Other Click here" and enter county/ state Please enter city/ town - if not stated select "If Other Click here" and enter city/town Press Save & Update
Note: Should "If OtherClick here" not appear select another Country momentarily and then return to your Country of choice.
Should you need to Update your details when making a payment follow the above steps amd this will automatically change your details on the payment pages.
Email security settings If you do not receive emails from familyrelatives.com please check your email security settings and adjust your settings accordingly.
Many of the hosted emails such as AOL, BT, HOTMAIL, NTL (ISPs) have set up systems to prevent SPAM emails getting through. Many of these SPAM filters as they are known, will block emails that are either automatically generated by another computer or emails that you have deleted and named as SPAM.
In order to ensure that you receive our emails you should ensure that your filter is not blocking our emails alternatively please check with your ISP provider.
