How to update your Personal details when making a purchase? Your purchase details are in grey text and cannot be changed on the purchase page. These registration details are taken from your My Account. You may change your personal details should the need arise by login in to your account (with your registered email address) go to My Account on the menu bar and select one of the links on the right menu to change your password, email address, personal details including address, telephone number etc. Please make the required changes on the form and press Save & Update, the system will automatically update your account. To Change Personal Details: Login On the top menu bar - go to My Account On the right menu - select Update My details or Update Email or Change Password Make the necessary changes Press Save & Update To Change your address: Login On the top menu bar - go to My Account On the right menu - select Update My details i.e. Select Country Please enter State/County - if not stated select "If Other Click here" and enter State/County Please enter Town/City - if not stated select "If Other Click here" and enter Town/City Press Save & Update Note: Should "If Other Click here" not appear select another Country momentarily and then return to your Country of choice.
