Your right to privacy is important to you and is a priority to us at Family Relatives. We are committed to the protection of your privacy.

To access our website we ask you to supply your name, address, contact number (optional) and email address in order to register and to enable us to provide you with information or respond to your enquiries.

All information you provide will be kept confidential and every effort has been made by us to provide on-line security for the protection of your credit card details which is processed by a secure third party using 128 bit encryption by Barclays Merchant Services. We do not store your payment card information.

Your private information is a priority and will not be disclosed or sold to any other organisation. We will only disclose information to an outside company or a third party who are processing information on our behalf under contract. Your information is only used to facilitate your transaction with us or exchange information. You may change your personal details at any time in My Account and select the update my details page.

Information you choose to create, share and upload in the social features of the site including, My Account, Wall, Homepage, Profile, Photos, Calendar, Tree, Comments, Classifieds, Announcements, for instance names, birthdays, interests, we receive and store this information. You may choose to share or keep this information private for these features.

Emails (marketing) and text messages (information) about our services will be sent to you only if you have given permission. Some emails (service emails) we will send to you even if we don't have your permission, these are sent to administer the service and may include registration and payment confirmation, subscription updates or reminders, website changes or how to use the service, or changes to our Terms and Conditions for legal or .

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails in a number of ways, each marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or unsubscribe in My Account and select Update my details alternatively Contact Us and we can unsubscribe for you. You cannot unsubscribe from service emails, however should you no longer wish to use the website we can delete your account, Contact Us and we can do this for you.
